Posting Blogs

Blogs are not only a way to express yourself, or ask for help, they are also a way of helping others learn about Celtic topics. When a blog is posted that contains valuable information that will help others learn about Celtic topics, we do our best to feature them on the main page.

Great blogs include tutorials for how to make Celtic craft items, how to draw Celtic art, news about Celtic related topics that tell what's happening in the world, etc...

To be featured, your blog must be at least 450 words. It's best to include the topic in a summary at the bottom of your blog post.

Posting Videos

Making videos or podcasts and posting them to our site is an excellent way to gain popularity. Our videos can also be posted to any other site by using the embed code.

Posting Your Music

We love Celtic music! By posting quality Celtic music that you have created you have a great chance of becoming featured.

Posting Origional Pictures and Art

Most everyone here loves to see Celtic related art. It's one thing that is highly monitored on our site (because we do our best to protect Celtic artists). If you have images you would like to promote we reccomend uploading thumbnails (not larger than 150 x 150). Any picture posted is seen by administrators and noted for inclusion on the main page of our site.

Creating a Popular Group

Groups are a way of focusing on a certain topic or subject. Some topics become more popular than others. For example, the group about Celtic symbol meanings. People enjoy discussing the various symbols of the Celts and learning more about our culture. If we see that a group is gaining popularity, we will post it in our newsletter as a way of encouraging others to get involved.

Winning Contests

Contest winners are featured in our newsletter as a way of expressing our gratitude for their service to the Celtic community.

Submitting Tutorials

Tutorials help other members of our site do things they were otherwise unable to accomplish. Tutorials can be submitted to celticartist@msn.com. Accepted tutorials will be featured in our newsletter and credit will be given credit where credit is due.

Inviting Friends
If we notice that you have invited quite a few friends we tend to also promote you as well.
